Check-in & Check-out Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. If you need to get in early, let us know in advance: if possible, we will try to accommodate you. Departure is by 10:00 am. Want to stay a little longer? You can request a late check-out (with a surcharge), to be confirmed based on availability. No smoking, thank you! The entire apartment is non-smoking, including electronic cigarettes and the like. In the event of an infringement, it will be necessary to sanitize the rooms (indicative cost: €250). Four-legged friends Pets are welcome upon request! We just ask that you don't let them get on beds and sofas. The first pet stays without extra charge. Remember, however, that if extra cleaning is required, the cost can vary between €50 and €200. However, if there are two 4-legged friends, a small daily contribution is to be agreed upon. Maximum of two pets per stay. Events & visits Parties or events are not allowed. Out of respect for privacy and space, no photos, videos, or filming are allowed indoors. Extra guests? Only if authorized in writing. Otherwise, a penalty of €50 will be charged. In the event of a repeat offense, the reservation may be canceled and, given the misconduct, there will be no refund. Kitchen You can freely use the equipped kitchen: we only ask you to leave it clean (dishes and crockery included). The final cleaning does not include the kitchen: if an extra intervention is needed, the cost can range from €60 to €100. Young children Children under 2 sleep for free in bed with their parents. If you want, we can provide: Cot (0–12 months): €15 per day Cot (12–24 months): €15 per day Complete with sheets and everything you need. Sofa bed The sofa bed is only included if the reservation is for 3 people. If you wish to use it in other cases, we can prepare it with a topper and linen for €35. Unauthorized use incurs a penalty of €100 for cleaning and sanitizing. Heating and air conditioning The house has independent heating: you can adjust the thermostat, but we ask you not to exceed 23°C and not to leave windows open.
