Unwind in this stylish amenity-rich retreat with a sauna, hot tub and cold plunge experience, as you watch the vibrant wildlife awaken around you. In the loft, there is a twin bunkbed and a cozy area to relax. On the main level you’ll find the living room, dining area, kitchen and full bathroom along with a fireplace to further warm the atmosphere. There is a couch futon conveniently located on the main level to provide another sleeping option. Downstairs is the master bedroom and entertainment area, as well as a half bathroom. Kitchen: Full refrigerator and freezer, electric range, microwave, pots/pans, cooking utensils, pizza cutter, can opener, bottle and wine opener, plates and bowls, kids plates/bowls/cups, toaster, tupperware, mixing bowls, serving platters, coffee pot, mugs, wine & drinking glasses. Dining area: 4 person dining table. Living room area: Sleeper couch and a cozy sitting chair, books and games available for your entertainment. Bathroom: Full bathroom includes shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Towels, wash cloths and blow dryer located in vanity. Master Bedroom: 1 King size bed with custom shelving and closet. This room shares space with the entertainment area/flat screen tv. Laundry Room/Half Bathroom: Full size washer and dryer. **PLEASE NOTE: We are on a septic tank so the downstairs toilet is a macerating toilet and does flush periodically.** Loft: 2 standard size twin bunk beds, cot chair that folds out to a sleeping cot (twin size), kids toys and books. **(PLEASE NOTE: Access to loft is via spiral staircase and is not suitable for those with mobility issues or unaccompanied toddlers. It is a small space, generally used for sleeping only, there is minimal space for hanging out or luggage.)** Lower Deck: Enjoy dinner outside on the patio set as you take in the lake. Enjoy the use of the hot tub, sauna and cold plunge on this spacious deck set up as well. Upper Patio: Unwind in rocking chairs with cushions to catch some rays. The Lake: Go jump in! Take advantage of being on the water to go for a swim or jump in one of the kayaks or on a paddle board. Feed the ducks or go fishing on the dock. Kick back in one of the chairs by the fire for some s'mores and stories to end your evening. Guest access Easy check in with keyless entry. The entire home is yours during your stay except the locked storage shed at the edge of the property. The driveway accommodates 2 cars, this is also the maximum allowed on the property. No street parking is available. Other things to note We are close to nature here in the Pacific Northwest. Please be aware that guests may run into birds, lake animals (geese, ducks), local wildlife such as deer, raccoons, rabbits, bugs (spiders, slugs, ants, moths, etc) around the property. Garbage and/or recycling comes on Mondays before 8am. No smoking/smokers, indoors or outdoors No parties No animals No fireworks General quiet hours 10pm-8am.
