Our condo unit is accessible to the following: 20-25 mins drive to Cebu City, Nustar Resort & Casino, SM Seaside Cebu, and SRP via Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX); near the 10K Roses Garden; about 10-15 mins drive to the airport, hospital, shopping malls, & nearby beaches and tourist spots. Feeling stressed and drained? Maybe you need some time to unwind. Shrug those negative vibes off and indulge in the exquisite offers we have prepared especially for you. The space This is a studio-type unit that can accommodate only 3-5 persons. You don’t need to worry about the kitchen utensils and other essentials as we have them provided for you. If you want to be picked up from the airport, we offer you our free pick-up service from the airport straight to the condo. You can freely access our WiFi or internet and Netflix. Lastly, if you want to buy something, there is a 24/7 convenience store inside the premises. Guest access You are allowed to use but not abuse the things inside the unit in accordance with the rules and guidelines provided for in the unit policy. Damages to the facilities/things inside the unit may result to additional charges. There is a picnic area and grilling station at the back portion of the building where you can also play basketball. You can use the common pool outside the building which is open from 8AM to 10PM. However, the pool will be closed on Mondays for maintenance purposes. You are also required to wear proper swimming attire when using the pool otherwise, you will be fined for violating the premises’ rules and guidelines. Lastly, you are not allowed to enter the building while still dripping with water so much better if you bring extra clothes to change on after swimming.
