The space Our house is exclusively used commercially (= serviced apartments). All 22 apartments are used exclusively by guests and rented as a whole (i.e., no shared bathroom, etc.) The apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, cutlery and plates, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, air conditioning, etc. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Weekly cleaning is included for stays of 4 nights or more. The design is based on an urban style with high demands on materiality and individuality. Exposed concrete, herringbone parquet, details in brass and leather, wall colours inspired by Farrow & Balls combine comfort with high quality. Guest access Our guests have access to a laundry room, where 3 dryers and 3 washing machines are available for free use (detergent is not provided, but can be purchased at the reception).
