As a result, the water may have a natural odor that can be noticeable if you're not accustomed to it. -A signed rental agreement is required. -$500 REFUNDABLE security deposit HOLD is required. After making your reservation, you will receive a notification to complete our rental agreement and schedule your $500 security deposit through our management system, OwnerRez. Completing both of these items is required, and will confirm the terms and conditions of your stay. The security deposit is a "hold" on your card; nothing will be charged unless damage occurs. This hold will be scheduled one days before check-in and auto-released 3 days after check-out. This is collected outside of Airbnb and is allowed, as we are API integrated. 3. The presence of fruit flies, gnats, May flies, horse flies, mosquitoes, bats, mice, and other such creatures does not reflect on the cleanliness of our home. Despite our best endeavors, these small pests may occasionally appear.
