The space The Kozlovna cottage is a place where you can slow down and breathe again. Inside you will find a combination of wood, stone and the warmth of home - a cozy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for long evenings and a library full of stories. In the evening, you can watch a movie on Netflix or just open a bottle of wine and listen to the crackling fire. From the door you go straight to the garden and a few steps from the house there is a large natural pond – perfect for morning swimming or afternoon lounging. The garden offers plenty of space for children, football and a picnic under the trees. The cottage is dog-friendly, so even your four-legged partner is welcome. We are in a quiet part of southern Bohemia, near Orlík and Zvíkov, only 55 minutes from Prague. A place to finally relax - without the hustle and bustle, in nature, with those who matter. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and garden, including the pond, so you can enjoy complete privacy and tranquility. We will personally welcome you on site, show you the cottage, garden and pond and we will be happy to advise you on tips for trips. After your stay, we will pick up the keys from you again - everything is so simple and personal at the same time. During your stay, we are available if you need anything, but otherwise we will let you enjoy a relaxing time in nature and privacy.
