House Anne is located just 300 meters from Budoni beach. It has three bedrooms and outdoor spaces with sea views, creating a perfect retreat for beach and nature lovers. House Anne's strong point is its location. With the beach just a few steps away, you can enjoy the crystal clear sea at any time of the day. The space House Anne is located a few steps from the wonderful beaches of Budoni and restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The structure has 2 apartments. House Anne is located on the first floor. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with the main appliances. - Stove - Microwave oven - Refrigerator and freezer - Oven - Coffee machine - Kettle The house is equipped with all the accessories necessary to enjoy excellent dishes: pots, pans, cutlery, plates and glasses. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials: Oil, salt and sugar. BATH The house is equipped with a bathroom inside which you will find the washing machine. A set of towels is provided for each guest in the apartment. NIGHT AREA The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a private terrace where you can have breakfast. Features a queen size bed, shelves and wardrobe to store your clothes. The second and third bedrooms are equipped with single beds. Inside each room you will find fans. A set of linen is provided for the guests of the apartment. EXTERNAL AREA The outdoor area is one of the main strengths of this house. It represents the ideal place to spend pleasant moments in company. The area is made up of: - Covered veranda overlooking the sea - Armchair - Table with chairs to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners UNFORGETTABLE STAY Not only will I provide you with accommodation in which to spend a pleasant holiday, but I will be very happy to provide you with all the information and advice you need: where to go, where to eat, what attractions to visit, help with transport, events in the area. PARKING The house has private parking. Guest access House Anne features a keybox to facilitate the check-in process. Check-in is from 3pm Other things to note House Anne is located within a structure whit 2 apartments. Your apartment is located on the first floor. There is no air conditioning. The payment of the tourist tax is required for each guest per night.
