Central location between Harrogate and York and only a 5 minute drive to the pretty market town of Wetherby. The space Appletree Barn is the first floor of a converted detached barn. It has separate private access behind the main house and is open plan accommodation. Due to the age and nature of the barn it has a maximum headroom of 6’2”. The hot tub sits within a private orchard garden and is exclusively for guests of Appletree barn. A welcome basket of simple groceries will be waiting for your arrival. Tea, coffee and condiments will be also available within the property. Guest access On arrival please park in the designated space allocated for Appletree Barn. There is a private entrance gate into the orchard, with a path leading to a covered patio area and main entrance to the barn. There is also an outdoor dining / coffee area and hot tub set within the private orchard garden.
