Settle into the sofa after a day at the beach, enjoy a quiet evening together or gather beside the fireplace during cooler months. KITCHEN The well-equipped kitchen has cookware, utensils and an espresso machine for everyday meals at home. Prepare breakfast before heading to the beach, or put together dinner to enjoy outside. The nearby patio dining area makes serving outdoor meals easy. GROUND-FLOOR BEDROOM A double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom provides a separate space to unwind, with no internal stairs between the bedroom and the main living area. Fresh bed linen, air conditioning and heating help you settle in comfortably. UPPER-LEVEL BEDROOMS An internal staircase leads to two further double bedrooms within your residence. These rooms share a full bathroom on the same level and offer a little separation from the main living and dining spaces below. Both have air conditioning and heating. BATHROOMS & LAUNDRY There are three full bathrooms in total: the ground-floor en-suite, the shared upstairs bathroom and an additional ground-floor bathroom. Fresh towels are provided, and a washing machine is available for beach clothes and longer stays. POOL & GARDEN Step outside into the garden, where the pool is reserved entirely for your group. Enjoy the morning light on the water, cool off with a swim or find a shaded spot beneath the trees for a book. The garden gives you room to spend an unhurried day at home. OUTDOOR DINING, BBQ & BAR The shaded table seats eight, bringing everyone together for breakfast, long lunches or dinner outdoors. Take your morning espresso onto the patio, prepare a barbecue in the evening and enjoy the scent of food on the grill as the garden light softens. WORKSPACE A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi provide a place to open your laptop when you need to catch up on work between outings. EXPLORE THE ATHENS RIVIERA Varkiza's beach, seaside restaurants and cafés are approximately five minutes away on foot. With our passion for the sea and local sailing and water-sports connections, we are also happy to help you explore options for sailing, windsurfing, wing foiling and private yacht trips, subject to availability and additional charges. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire ground floor house, including its three bedrooms, living areas and kitchen, as well as the private pool, garden, shaded dining area, BBQ and outdoor bar. Only the garage and vehicle access area are shared. Other things to note • Two exterior security cameras are installed on the property: one at the main entrance, covering the external entrance and garage yard area, and one at the garage door. There are no cameras inside the guest residence or in the private pool and garden areas. • Two bedrooms are accessed by stairs within the guest residence. The third bedroom and its en-suite bathroom are on the ground floor. • Children must be supervised by an adult around the pool. • Please respect our neighbours and observe quiet hours.
