Once inside, you’ll set foot into a large open living room, dining room and kitchen space, perfect for gathering with your fellow guests. The living room is furnished with a smart TV with access to all the best streaming services, a DVD player to enjoy the console filled with DVDs, games and puzzles, and enough seating for everyone to find their “spot” during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, blender and all the cookware, dishes and utensils you could need during your stay. You’ll find plenty of eating space at the counter and dining room table for everyone to enjoy a meal together. We also have a drinking water filter in the kitchen sink and ice maker to accommodate for the distinct taste of Surfside city water. Includes smart TV and extra chair for seating. There is an additional large bathroom with a bathtub, which also leads to a full-size washer and dryer for your use.
