There is also another Airbnb cottage on the property. The yard is shared with the cottage.The cottage has its own w/d and guests at the house have their own full size w/d to make travel easier. One parking spot for each in the driveway. Guests at the two Airbnb's often enjoy meeting each other and sharing a glass of wine around the fire pit. We have security cameras outdoor for home safety purposes. Other things to note San Jose is a centrally located starting point to explore Northern California - San Francisco (50 miles), beaches & boardwalk of Santa Cruz (30 miles), beauty of Monterey (70 miles), Napa wine country (90 miles) as well as local wineries (for ex, Ridge-20 miles). But --- you don't need to go far to enjoy the fun in San Jose - music and lunch in San Pedro Square, premium luxury shopping at Westridge Mall and stroll the outdoor cafes at Santana Row. So much to do!!
