Lic#2718 Guest access ~ There are Three Pools in the development. The closest one is located right behind the property. The pool hours are 7AM-10PM. Key required, if lost $50, gate card $75 fee to replace. Other things to note We Welcome Pets (Dogs and Cats) with a Prior Acceptance and a Small Pet Fee of $15 per night. All stays are 7 night minimum, no smoking and no pets allowed, exception possible, extra fee. Summer months A/C cap per month of $150. If the recommended temperature is adhere too, we should be fine. Any overage there’s extra fee to be paid. Amenities there for stay under a month as starter.
