Timberline Condominiums is a lodge that manages privately owned condos in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains of Snowmass Village that sits at an altitude of 8,800 feet. You will enjoy sitting at the swimming pool and hot tub while taking in the view of the area. A short walk down the hill are shops and restaurants. Timberline offers free shuttle rides around the village including the grocery store only 5 minutes away. A front desk staff to help you with all your needs. The space This convenient 2-bedroom condo is located on the ground floor and offers 965 square feet of living space. With enough room to accommodate up to 6 guests, this unit is well-equipped to be enjoyed by families and small groups. Enjoy the extended living area on the outdoor patio, as well as plenty of cozy features on the unit’s interior! Have a seat on the convenient entryway bench to remove your gear and stow it away into the adjacent cubbies until your next adventure. This lovely condo is equipped and ready for your Snowmass stay! The living room is warm and welcoming, with a cozy area rug draped over hardwood floors. Relax on the plush L-shaped sofa or in one of the accent chairs that are well-situated for enjoying the warmth and ambiance of the fireplace. A flatscreen TV mounted above is also available for unwinding in the evenings. There's no shortage of natural light in this condo, with a full wall of glass doors leading out to the private patio. When the weather is mild, take advantage of the outdoor table and chairs at which to enjoy your morning coffee. It's easy to enjoy time spent together within the open concept floorplan of this unit. The rich wooden floors in the living room continue into the kitchen, creating one cohesive space. The kitchen is bright and modern, with white cabinets and recessed lighting that brighten the space. Full-sized appliances, tableware, and cookware are provided for your dining convenience. The kitchen island in this unit is massive, providing both a place to prepare meals and a dining space. There are chairs for six situated around the island, offering a casual space for group dining. Get a good night’s rest from the private bedrooms in this condo. The master bedroom boasts a spacious king bed, a cozy easy chair for reading, and open shelving for additional storage. The ensuite bathroom features a corner shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and is right across the hall from the second bathroom, where you'll find a full shower and tub combination. Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic. There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines. This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner. Guest access Entire condo plus Timberline amenities. Please, make yourself at home.
