This beautiful ocean front beach home has unobstructed beach and ocean front views from the balcony and both the living room full 3 panel slider and bedroom window. This recently remodeled and furnished 825 sq ft beach home located on the second floor (No elevator) has been updated with beautiful sparkling quartz kitchen and bathroom counters, upgraded large appliances, full size washer and dryer. Remote ceiling fan in living room and bedroom. Sit back and relax in the over sized Adirondack chairs on the balcony and enjoy the magnificent sunrises or just wind down your day and enjoy the ocean breeze. We also have a beach wagon for your use with some beach items that you will find in the bedroom closet. Please clean the sand off of the toys, chairs, Igloo, wagon, beach pad and umbrella before returning to the condo closet (showers at pool area) Expect possible road noise as we are located directly in front of Seawall Blvd. Being on the second floor you may also experience some activity noise from other units. Walmart is literally across the street and Kroger is 2 blocks away. We are just minutes from a variety of dining spots, shopping areas, and attractions such as Moody Gardens, Galveston Convention Center, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Island Pleasure Pier, The Strand and the Ferry. *The Dawn HOA requires a parking and amenity fee for 1-3 nights of $40 and 4 or more nights is $50. You may pay for parking in advance at The Dawn website using the QR Code. Then simply bring the receipt to the clubhouse office for your parking pass and amenities wrist bands. You may receive replacement bands at the Clubhouse office if needed. Or you may visit the office on your way in and get your parking pass and amenitiy wrist bands. ** Hurricane/ Storm Policy: We strongly suggest for all travelers to purchase traveler insurance with AirBnb. In case there is an evacuation during hurricane season, we will refund with your travel insurance. ** Absolutely no pets. HOA does not allow guests to have them, so we have no leeway on this. Guest access You will have access to everything in our condo except for one locked closet where we keep our extra supplies for housekeeping. Two swimming pools (one pool is heated to 81° in the cooler months), poolside hot tub, community grilling areas, fitness center, and gated parking. Paid Gated Parking: Reservations at The Dawn HOA require a one time parking fee up to 2 cars, paid directly to The Dawn HOA at the front office located on Seawall Blvd upon arrival. Hours of operation are 10:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M. If you happen to arrive after the office is closed, please visit the office by 11:00 a.m. the next morning as there is a very strict rule for a car parking without a pass. Owner is Not respinsible for tow. You may pay for parking in advance at The Dawn HOA website using the QR Code. Then simply bring the receipt to our clubhouse office. ~ all stays from 1-3 days: $40 ($36.70 + $3.30 tax) ~ all stays greater than 4 or more days: $50 ($45.88 + $4.12 tax) Sorry! NO Trailers, boats, other watercraft, or RV are NOT allowed to be parked anywhere on-premises except during Lone Star Rally. Trash access: We have 3 receptacles on property near building 3, 5, and 11. It is an HOA violation to leave trash outside of the unit. I will be available by phone, email and / or your AirBnb inbox for any questions or concerns. Other things to note *Parking is gated with 24/7 security* Expect traffic noise as we are located directly in front of the seawall and beach. You may also experience possible activity from neighbors. There is a 10:00 PM noise curfew.
