On the first floor there are two bedrooms. Bedroom one comprising of a kingsize bed, dog sofa, hanging and drawer space. Bedroom two has two single beds, hanging and drawer space. Finally on this level is the main bathroom with bath (with shower over), wash basin with vanity unit and WC. On the second floor there are two further bedrooms both with double beds, hanging and drawer space to both. There is also a small shower room with electric shower, wash basin and WC. A travel cot and high chair is available on request and the house has fitted stair gate to be used for small children or dogs as required. There is a narrow driveway to the side of the property suitable for a small car and further street parking to the front of the house. Accessible from both the kitchen and driveway is a secure private courtyard with a dog wash and outside dining area. Other things to note The property offer a secure courtyard area that can be accessed from the properties driveway which is locked by padlock. Therefore ideal for bike storage.
