The space The residence is located at street level and has a private entrance, so you can enter and exit the property at any time. There is free parking for 3 vehicles outside the property. The accommodation has a solar heater, so hot water is available 24 hours a day. It is also equipped with 2 Smart TVs (58” and 65”), a kitchenette, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, a huge refrigerator, a gas stove, a microwave, a reusable filter coffee maker, a blender, and 2 water dispensers. There is a video surveillance system outside the property that operates 24 hours a day.
