Chalet Les Mésanges – Le Hohwald

Located in Alsace, between Colmar and Strasbourg, nestling in the mountains, this chalet will win you over with its comfort and location close to nature activities and the Alsace plain. For moving or just visiting, you'll be right at the centre of the activities in our region. The gîte comprises a loft and mezzanine. With its south-facing windows and terrace, you'll be able to make the most of the landscape. In winter, the wood-burning stove will add to the cosiness of the accommodation. The space Sleeping arrangements for 4 people are as follows: - a large double bed for 2 people - 2 single beds that can be grouped together for 2 people. They are located on the mezzanine floor, which is reached by a fairly steep staircase. If required, you can use the garage to store your bikes, skis, walking boots, etc. Motorbikes can be stored in the carport. The barbecue is available on request. Guest access The accommodation and terrace are completely private. The garden is shared. There is free parking right next to the chalet, with a few steps to climb. There is a carport for motorbikes. Other things to note A 5-minute walk from the accommodation, you can buy eggs at Bernard's farm, the mobile butcher stops in front of the chalet every Friday evening around 6pm, and there is a bread and pastry vending machine in the village centre. Several inns and restaurants await you nearby. All other shops are located about 15 minutes away by car in Andlau, Barr or Villé. On foot, by mountain bike or road bike, you can set off on numerous hikes from the accommodation. Several leaflets are available to introduce you to the activities in the region. Must-see attractions: Alsatian Christmas markets, deer rutting season (September); grape harvest; stunning autumn and winter landscapes, outdoor activities in all seasons, museums and attractions in our Alsace and Grand Est region.
