Note: We only have one big villa with Loft (No Rooms) with 1000+sqmtrs lot area. ⦿ Please message me first if you want to book so I can manually approve your target date. ⦿Check-in 2pm/Check-out 11am Amenities/Facilities/Furnitures: ◉ Exclusive use of our clean swimming pool (50sqm). ◉ 5 Floor Mattresses & 22 pillows and 10 Blankets (single & Double). ◉ 3 king-size beds with Single size pull-out bed each. ◉ 2 Bluetooth speakers with 2 microphone (1 wired & 1 wireless). ◉ 6 loungers with 1 table and 30 Black chairs. ◉ 5 Function hall lifetime tables. ◉ Refrigerator & Rice Cooker. (No Microwave) ◉ Basic kitchen tools for cooking & utensils & kettle and Ice Box. ◉ Outdoor kitchen & griller & stove. ◉ 2 TV's with Prime Video/Netflix with 200mbps Fiber internet connection. ◉ Free 10L of Drinking Water ◉ 10 Towels (Bring your own if you need extra) ◉ Big Movable display board for birthday decorations. ◉ 10-12 Secured car parking ◉ Dart Terms and conditions: ⦿ Kid (2 year and above): Considered an adult, with a fee of ₱600 per person overnight. ⦿ We allow visitors with an additional fee of PHP 300 per person, allowed to stay only until 9pm (from kid to adult). You must inform us ahead of time if you plan to bring any visitors. For events with visitors, message me for the additional fees. Our caretaker is instructed not to allow any additional pax/visitors beyond the declared number of guests. Please coordinate with us in advance to avoid any misunderstanding and inconvenience. ◘ One small breed pet with diaper (allowed for Responsible Fur parent only), a penalty of P1,000.00 for any dog poop/urine left uncleaned. ◘ Pet not allowed in bed and in swimming pool. ◘ Strictly no smoking inside the villa/A house (Charge of Php 2,000). ◘ Pool cleaning and disinfection time is 10:00 pm (1 hour only). ◘ Pool lights shall be turned on from 6 pm to 10 pm only. ◘ Quite time is from 10pm to 8am. ◘ Strictly no sticking of decorations on walls and ceilings (Violation shall result in a minimum penalty of P2,000.00) ◘ Standard check-out is strictly at 11:00 a.m. A fee of P500.00 will be charged for every 30-minute extension, and the same fee will be applied for early check-in. ◘ For early check-out (guest option), the resort staff should be informed at least 1 hour before the target time. ◘ Requests for bedsheet, pillowcase, and blanket replacements due to the guest’s negligence shall be subject to an additional charge of P100.00 per item. ◘ Please observe and follow city ordinance rules and regulations. ◘ The management is NOT responsible or liable for any incident that may result during your stay. ◘ Your valuable things, your guests, and your children are your responsibility. Pool Rules and Others: ◘ Kindly wash the kitchen cooking wares and utensils after use to avoid flies. ◘ Eating inside the pool is strictly prohibited. (It can cause pool clogging.) ◘ Adults are strictly advised to assist their children when outside the pool; the tiles can be slippery when wet. ◘ Please advise everyone to wear slippers when out in the pool. ◘ Please shower before going into the pool. ◘ Please wear proper swimwear. ◘ To help the environment, please turn off the appliances when not in use. Guest access ◙ Entire private and exclusive place. ◙ We have an extra outdoor 2 shower and 2 toilet. ◙ We are Nearby wet market, sari sari store, 7/11 and Alphamart Other things to note * Php 2,000 incidental deposit upon check-in and refundable upon check out if no damages or missing items.
