Jessie House is located for convenient access to The Mater Private Hospital, Botanical Gardens, and Rockhampton's Boarding Schools. We've curated a space with plush bedding, luxury linens, a beautifully renovated bathroom with a separate bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious decks, a fenced backyard, and quality furnishings. Featuring two living areas, a dedicated office, and a charming cubby for the young at heart, there's something here for everyone. The space Jessie House is a strictly non-smoking home, both indoors and outdoors 🚭. Our family includes asthmatics, and we regularly use the property, so maintaining a completely smoke-free environment is essential. This ensures every guest can enjoy a fresh, clean, and healthy space throughout their stay. Our split-level home is a welcoming retreat, perfect for families or professionals looking for comfort and style. There are four bedrooms, including a peaceful master suite with a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite, and a private office. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have queen beds, and Bedroom 4 offers two king single beds — all with plush bedding and premium linens. The home features two spacious living areas, a dedicated office, and a Yamaha U3 Upright piano for music lovers. It's fully air-conditioned for year-round comfort. Our bathrooms are designed for relaxation and convenience. The newly renovated main bathroom features a luxurious freestanding bath, a walk-in shower, and dual sinks atop a sleek stone vanity — perfect for winding down or getting ready with ease. The master ensuite provides added privacy and functionality for parents or professionals. The chef’s kitchen includes a limited edition Thermomix, double ovens, full-size fridge/freezer, electric stovetop, and quality Maxwell & Williams homewares. Enjoy meals inside or out on the large deck, complete with a Ziegler & Brown gas BBQ and views over the backyard — with a cubby house for the young at heart. Please note that there are two internal staircases, and the property may not be suitable for young children who aren’t confident using stairs independently. Guest access Full access to the house. The Rockhampton Mater Hospital is only a 250m walk, less than 2 minutes away. Early Birds Cafe is 350m walk and is open 7 days a week for fresh coffee and awesome meals. Other things to note Strictly no smoking or vaping is permitted on the premises. This includes outside on the decks given the proximity to the kitchen and living spaces. We have asthmatics in our family and must have compliance to this rule. 🚭 Important: If there is evidence of smoking or vaping, or non-compliance with this rule, an additional cleaning fee of $450 will apply.
