No smoking anywhere inside or outside the home within 50 feet of the home. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible We perform routine maintenance on the lawn and pool to help keep everything clean, safe, and in excellent condition for our guests. This may occasionally take place during your stay, depending on the schedule. Our team is mindful of guest privacy and will always do their best to work quietly and with minimal disruption.
