Attached to our family home and situated centrally in our 3.5acre small holding. With no immediate neighbours and far-reaching views. Straight into a bright living-dining room with big windows and stunning views across the Tamar Valley. I hope you will find all you need for a comfortable stay; sofa, 40” Smart TV with Netflix, books, boards games, shoe/boot storage, local tourist information, large dining table and chairs. Through to a newly refurbished, small kitchen with electric oven and grill, 4-ring hob, toaster, microwave, kettle, under counter fridge with small freezer compartment and sink. Available for your use: all crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and cooking utensils, salt/pepper, oil, vinegar, tea-bags, coffee, hot chocolate and sugar, kitchen cooking essentials. Milk on arrival. Upstairs, a large bedroom with far-reaching views over Bere Ferrers’ village roofline and River Tavy estuary. A double bed with 200 thread count pure Egyptian cotton bedding, fitted wardrobe and sideboard, large mirror, hairdryer and desk (with super fast WiFi, perfectly suited for remote working). Across the small landing to a newly renovated shower room with electric shower, loo, wash basin and heated towel rail. Outside, use of a picnic bench area at the top of one of our fields. Guest access You will be staying in a self-contained annex with its own front door and off street parking for two cars. You have use of a picnic bench area which is at the top of one of our fields. This area is a short walk and a couple of steps away from the annex. It is not privately fenced off but is not used by anyone else. Other things to note There is no washing machine in the annex but I’m happy to pop a load on for you if you are here for an extended stay. Similarly, if you would like to use our iron and ironing board, just ping me a message. We have two sweet cats who do not go into the annex. Please take care while driving up our driveway to your parking area and we politely ask guests not to allow the cats into the annex.
