The home is equipped with modern appliances including: Fridge, freezer, oven, stove, and dishwasher Microwave and coffee machine Washing machine and dryer The fully stocked kitchen includes coffee, tea, sugar, and cooking essentials such as olive oil, salt, and pepper, plus pots, pans, utensils, crockery, and cutlery – everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. Free undercover parking is available, though you might not need the car – Flemington Racecourse and Melbourne Showgrounds are just a 5–10 minute stroll away. Cafés, local shops, and public transport are all within walking distance, making it easy to explore Melbourne without the hassle of driving.
