No shared areas. Other things to note Note: This is a 1300 sqft house with an open floor plan. The stairwell to the upstairs bedroom is not enclosed so this bedroom is technically lofted. That being said, you cannot see the bed from downstairs and the bedroom is quite large. The bunk beds are attached to the master bedroom/bathroom so they are not a separate room. Adults have slept comfortably on the lower bed. Due to the quaint nature of the home it is best suited for close family/friends or a couple. We want to be as transparent as possible so we can meet all of our guests needs.
