Home in San Miguel de Allende

Casa Estrellas is a Hacienda style home typical of San Miguel's Old Mexico classic architecture, located in Centro on a quiet hillside street offering a panoramic vista of the city. It is a 10 minute scenic walk to the Parroquia. TV's, heat in all 4 bedrooms, AC in 3 of the four bedrooms, full time maid service, wifi, all house water purification and fantastic views. I recently added a hot tub on the patio with wonderful sunset and Parroquia views and a fourth bedroom on the ground floor. The space Casa Estrellas is Old Mexico with all the modern conveniences! Beyond the foyer is outdoor dining for 6 in the large courtyard with water fountain and a grill. A fully equipped kitchen with spices and oils, purified drinking water. There is a sitting room with gas fireplace and Smart TV. The dining room adjacent to the kitchen has a TV with Apple TV and a gas fireplace. There is water purification throughout the house. The ground floor has a fourth bedroom / office with a queen bed and half bath as well as a desk and office chair. Level 2 has 1 king and 2 queen bedrooms. The master king has a sitting room with gas fireplace, AC/Heat, 45" TV, desk, blackout curtains and large bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 queen has AC/Heat, 45" TV, blackout curtains and bathroom with shower. Bedroom 3 queen has gas fireplace, AC/Heat, blackout curtains and bathroom with shower. There is an outdoor table with umbrella on this level outside the master suite. The hot tub is on the 3rd level and has wonderful views of the sunset and the Parroquia. In addition, the 3rd level terrace is both covered with gas grill, fridge dining table, a sitting area for cozy conversation by the gas fireplace, a cantina bar for entertaining with bar stools. The open air area has high top table for 4 and lounging in the sun or under the Estrellas! The parking garage is big enough for one small or medium sized car but not big enough for a truck or large suv. Guest access All areas of the home are accessible by our guests except for a small room off the foyer and an owners closet in the master bedroom. Other things to note Our maid, Graciela, is full time and available for cleaning and light laundry. She can also be hired to cook breakfast or lunch for a fee of $25 usd plus groceries for breakfast and can be hired to cook other meals ($35 plus groceries) or even babysitting for extra fees. Daily service can be declined at guests discretion. Our gardener, Rodrigo works Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12:00 for two hours or so. The WiFi at the house is very reliable and fast. There are actually two services online to ensure almost 100% availability. We only charge a small cleaning fee so please tip Graciela if you enjoyed her services. I suggest something like $100 pesos per person per night for a short 2-5 day stay, but it’s of course discretionary although much appreciated by her. A water purification system is available throughout home. The fourth bedroom on the ground floor does not have its own shower but it does have a half bath. It does not have an AC unit but the room also does not get direct sunlight and has a ceiling fan and a gas fireplace. Please be respectful of my neighbors and keep the noise down especially between the hours of 9pm to 9am. The garage is big enough for most cars but not for a truck or large SUV
