We have converted this private apartment in the attic of our house so you can enjoy a comfortable, quiet stay, with a little extra that makes all the difference: a 60 m² private rooftop with a hot tub and unobstructed views of the countryside. The space Whether you're here as a couple, with family, with friends, or simply to get away from it all, you'll find everything you need to relax and make the most of your stay. - The apartment The apartment has approximately 60 m² (646 sq ft) of living space (90 m² (969 sq ft) total floor area) and can accommodate up to 4 people. For sleeping: ● One bedroom with a double bed and a cot ● A second bedroom with a queen-size bed For your comfort: ● Bathroom with bathtub/shower ● A washer dryer ● A fully equipped kitchen: ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, kettle and Dolce Gusto Neo coffee machine ● A living room with a Smart TV and access to available channels and entertainment services, including Canal+ and Netflix ● Reversible air conditioning in every space Everything is arranged to make you feel comfortable, whether you're coming for a weekend or several days. - The rooftop and its private hot tub This is certainly what you'll enjoy most at Le Repère! On the private terrace of about 60 m² (646 sq ft), you can enjoy beautiful open views of the countryside, relax in the 6-seater hot tub, share a meal, or simply take time to do nothing. You will also have access to: ● An outdoor dining space ● A seating area to relax ● A Weber gas grill The Hot Tub is accessible all year round, with no time limit on use, except in exceptional weather conditions. Please note: The electricity consumption related to the hot tub is charged extra at the price per kWh (heating and usage time). (A reading of the hot tub's meter is taken upon your arrival and at the time of your departure.) How about coming to enjoy the Christmas markets? Le Repère is also a good base for exploring the Alsatian Christmas markets and those on the other side of the German border. Depending on traffic conditions, you can reach: ● Strasbourg and its famous Christmas market: about 35 min ● Baden-Baden: about 25 minutes ● Wissembourg and Haguenau: about 20 minutes ● Obernai: about 50 min The surrounding towns also offer their own festive events and Christmas markets. Plenty of options for different outings, discovering pretty towns and enjoying the festive atmosphere throughout your stay. ✨ And after a day of sightseeing, what a pleasure to return to your little cocoon and enjoy the hot tub! In the countryside, without being secluded The accommodation is located in a quiet and lively village, where you will find many shops and services: a bakery-pastry shop with a tearoom, a supermarket, restaurants, snack bars, a pharmacy and a gas station. Meal vending machines are also available nearby: pizzas, Asian dishes and local specialties. The town has a rich historical past, with museums and a blockhouse to visit. Outdoor enthusiasts will also enjoy the many cycling and hiking trails in the area. For shopping cravings: ● Roppenheim The Style Outlets: about 10 minutes ● The German border: about 20 minutes ● Shopping Promenade Reichstett: about 30 minutes You will also find our guide to recommended places to help you plan your outings and discover the surrounding area. Are you coming by electric car? An EV charger is available on-site. Convenient for recharging your car during your stay, without having to look for a charging station outside.
