The space Situated just a brief stroll from the picturesque Marcus Beach and only a few minutes drive from Peregian, Sunshine Beach village, and the renowned Noosa, our residence offers an ideal retreat from the summer crowds while providing easy access, whether by a short drive or leisurely walk, to some of the finest beaches and restaurants/cafés in the area. Nestled in a quiet, tree-lined court in Marcus Beach, our home is surrounded by Banksia and Casuarina trees, providing a perfect getaway for those seeking a coastal escape immersed in nature. Featuring two bedrooms, each equipped with queen beds dressed in luxurious 100% French linen, ceiling fans, and freshly laid 100% wool carpet guarantee a cozy and comfortable stay. The main bathroom boasts a spacious bathtub, perfect for a relaxing afternoon soak, while an additional bathroom/laundry, accessible from the veranda at the rear, offers an extra shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, bath mats and hand towels. Guests are advised to bring along their own beach towels. Our well-equipped kitchen comes complete with a premium water filter, cold-pressed juicer, and Smeg coffee machine, all at your disposal. Essential pantry staples, including olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs, tea, and coffee are supplied. Feel free to help yourself to any other pantry items that catch your interest. The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and gas cooktop for your convenience. Committed to maintaining a healthy and happy environment, we use only natural products in our home and provide locally made natural products such as laundry detergent, dishwashing powder as well as hand soap and body wash for your pleasure. Breezeway louvers in the main living/dining space ensure cross ventilation, creating a cool ambiance in warmer months. For added comfort, an air conditioning unit is available. During the cooler months, our wood fire indoor fireplace serves as the ideal spot to cozy up with a good book or movie. The timber French doors can be opened to seamlessly connect the beautiful wrap-around veranda with the rest of the home. Our residence exudes a warm and homely ambience, furnished with everything needed for a comfortable and effortless stay.
