Large apartment with castle view/Legoland/A8/A7

Leipheim is a small town in Bavaria, a stone's throw away from Legoland Günzburg (approx. 6 km). Our approx. 73 sqm apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the train station, 10 minutes walk from the small town center and 10 minutes walk from the Danube, so we are very close to the Danube bike path. From the motorway exit (A8 exit 66) you are at our accommodation in 3 minutes. We live with our two children (boy 10 and girl 13) in the same house with a separate entrance. The space Our apartment has 2 big balconies, 2 bathrooms, 2 living / dining room, 2 small bedrooms and two large bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor. There are 2 free parking spots by the house for our guests. In the garden or in the covered area there is a large trampoline, a football goal, a table tennis table and a table football table. Guest access The whole apartment is available. Other things to note The bunk bed carries a maximum weight of 60 kg per floor. On request we have vouchers for a reduce entrance to Legoland. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.
