The updated kitchen is stocked with essentials, including a new XL air fryer, toaster, coffee machine (Kuerig) + assorted coffee pods, basic spices, and cookware. You will also find fast WiFi and a brand new ~ 60 inch mounted Smart Tv where you can sign-in to your steaming services to watch your favorite shows. Home is equipped with keypads for seamless self check-in. Absolutely no smoking is allowed on the property (including outside). This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigarettes/vaping, or burning incense. Please make sure that the doors are locked upon checkout. Other things to note House Rules: NO Parties - This is a residential property, parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. IF the NO party rule is violated there will be a charge of $500. NO Smoking - The NO smoking rule includes, cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigarettes/vaping, or burning incense. If a violation of this rule occurs a fee of $200 will be charged. Please respect our neighbors, keep quiet from 9pm - 7am to ensure a peaceful community for all. Wifi: Columbus Luxury is equipped with complimentary high-speed internet. The network name and password will be sent to you prior to arrival and will be located in the house manual located in the living room, as well as multiple locations throughout the house. Surveillance: There are exterior surveillance cameras located in the front and exterior of the home for your safety. Pet Policy: We do allow small pets, we also love the furniture and newly installed LVP floors throughout this beautiful home. There is an initial pet stay fee of $125. For any incidents that occur, for example, floor or wall damage, carpet ruined, furniture destroyed, etc. there will be a $200 charge per incident.
