The space Nauti Bird Bungalow is a stylish, newer beach home just minutes from the sand—about 400 yards away. The open-concept layout is filled with natural light and features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The cozy living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, two armchairs, a 50" Roku TV (streaming/live Roku), ceiling fan, birding books, binoculars, and board games for your enjoyment. Bedroom 1 offers a king bed with a medium hybrid mattress, dresser, side tables with lamps, ceiling fan, 32" Roku TV, and private bath with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed (also a medium hybrid mattress), dresser, side tables with lamps, ceiling fan, 32" Roku TV, and a private tub/shower combo bath. Relax on the front deck with Adirondack chairs or head downstairs to enjoy the charcoal grill, cornhole, picnic table, and generous overhead lighting. Other things to note - Must be 25 years or older to book AND must be a guest. - We do not offer refunds for bad weather, COVID-19, or other extenuating circumstances, for this reason, we recommend you purchase trip insurance. - Coastal WiFi: we are near the coast so although we do have internet and streaming services WiFi capabilities may be limited by weather and signals. - This house is located in a neighborhood with residential neighbors. Please be considerate of your surroundings and their property. NO parking on the street or on grass. - This house is in a coastal area and it's normal to encounter mosquitos, water bugs and other little creatures. While we do perform regular critter/pest maintenance, not everything can be avoided when staying near the coast. - The bungalow is on septic. Please don't flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. - 1 dog limit. Dog must not exceed 50lbs.
