1Br Apt: Amazing View of Baguio, 5min from Burnham

A chic 1 bedroom apartment offering the best view of downtown Baguio. Guests can experience the beautiful sunrise, downtown Baguio's flickering night lights or any of the city's spectacular fireworks display. Located on the jeepney/taxi line, it's a 10 min ride to Burnham Park, Session Road, Baguio Market and Lourdes Grotto and 15 min to SM Baguio and the bus station. The space Elegant 1 bedroom apartment with an amazing view of downtown Baguio and has its own sitting area, dining, kitchen, toilet/bath. You can enjoy lounging at the terrace with a huge hammock or gaze upon our lovely garden. We have superb amenities including free wifi, Netflix and hot and cold shower for a perfect staycation. The bedroom comes with 1 queen size bed and 1 double sofa bed. Perfect for 3 to 4 persons. If you are a party of 5 up, we charge extra. Upto 1 yo is free. Upto 7 yo is 500 pesos and older than 8 yo is 700 pesos. Parking is not available at the moment. Cooking is not allowed but we have a microwave oven, electric kettle and ref if you bring in some food. Dishes and utensils are provided but please wash them after use. Dishwashing soap is provided. This is an Air BNB and also our home, please keep it clean and orderly. Smoking and vaping is not allowed inside the apartment. But you may smoke outside. Just use the trash bin for cigarette butts. The superb night view of the city plus the cold weather make for a perfect combination for enjoying a few bottles of beer or a glass of wine. Just be mindful to keep noise at a minimum and please observe quiet hours from 12mn to 5am. Our apartment overlooks the city but you need to climb up the stairs. It is not recommended for those who have difficulty in walking. Our apartment is your home away from home :) Guest access Guests can access the main veranda that offers sweeping views of the City. Perfect for relaxing, watching the sunrise, city night lights or fireworks displays this Christmas and Panagbenga season Other things to note Guests must climb stairs to get to the apartment. Not suitable for those hard up in walking up/down stairs Parking is not available since the garage is occupied and only a small space is left for other vehicles. So it's not recommended that you bring your car. Good news is that jeepneys and taxis pass by the front of the apartment If you still want to book us and you have a car, there is free street parking 100m away
