New studio guest suite in established leafy garden. 5 min walk to RDH, 2km to Casuarina beach, 5 min drive to Casuarina shopping center & 10 min drive to airport. Private access & courtyard. The space The studio is situated to the side of the main house. It has its own private entry through a pedestrian gate in a very quiet court. You will walk through your private courtyard up to your deck with a bbq and table and chairs for two. The studio comprises of a kitchenette with breakfast bar, fridge, a single induction cooktop, an air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots and pans. It has a 43 inch smart tv, comfy queen size bed, 2 seater couch and built in robes. It has an en-suite with a ceiling fan to make it more comfortable during the warmer months. The studio is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout. It is a very private space with its own wifi. You may hear us coming/going if the windows are open or you’re on the deck, but we’ll leave you alone - there are no shared areas, it’s your own private space. Guest access Red eye flight? We’ve got you covered with self check in - key box located on the right hand side of the entry door. Code will be set and sent to you before your arrival. If you’ve got a red eye flight to catch we offer a late check out to suit your flight schedule for an extra $50. Just let us know when booking. You will have access to the studio and it’s courtyard. There are no shared spaces in this property. There is no off street parking but there is plenty of parking in the quiet court. Other things to note The space is about 12m from the main house with a carport and driveway between them. You may hear us coming and going if you have your windows open or are on the deck. There are no laundry facilities in the studio, if you need to to do laundry there is a laundry mat 2 kilometers away (5 min drive). Pets are not permitted with this booking. Please leave your pets at home. The area is covered by Uber and Uber eats plus Woolworths and Coles both do grocery deliveries in the area. You can hire the Beam electric bikes in the area and everything is an easy ride away.
