Studio 1 - 500 m from the sea - downtown - prime area

Great location, safe and upscale neighborhood, 500 meters from Praia Grande, 500 meters from downtown and nearby shopping, no need for a car. There are 4 independent units on the property, which we call studios. All studios have an independent entrance, kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom with air conditioning, double bed with box springs and a bunk bed. The living room has a sofa bed and smart TV. All our studios have a balcony, with a barbecue, a tank and a clothesline. The space Family atmosphere, safe and quiet place, the yard is shared and the studios are separated by a wall, you can put the car inside the courtyard and need to maneuver a little to position yourself in the parking space, automatic parking gate and we have pedestrian entrance. There is a beach shower near the barbecue grills. Our studios are similar, all with the same level of comfort, kitchen with refrigerator with freezer, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker and pots for small meals. Guest access The guest is entitled to use the entire yard area, shared with others. It has a barbecue exclusive to your apartment. It does not have parking, however, it is a very safe street. You must respect the other guests who use the house. Other things to note We have a self check-in system, the guest receives a password to access the pedestrian gate, locates their studio, accesses the studio with their own personal password, the key and the gate control will be at the door on the inside, we will guide you to your parking spot.
