La Isla Villa - Grand Baie

Newly built contemporary villa, ideally located just 5-8 minutes' drive from the idyllic beaches of northern Mauritius (Pereybere, Grand Baie, Bain Bœuf and Cap Malheureux). Close to the lively center of Grand Baie, you can explore La Croisette, its charming shops, the best restaurants, the famous bazaar, the large Super U shopping center as well as the unmissable nightlife spots. There is also a padel court and gym 3 minutes from the villa. The space The villa is a private, comfortable and fully secure haven, ideal for a peaceful stay. It can accommodate up to 6 people and a baby. You'll find everything you need for your little one: cot, bottle warmer, steriliser, baby bath, as well as a suitable plate, cup and cutlery. The entrance is via an electric gate, revealing a slate pool perfect for swimming with family and friends. Sun loungers and a parasol are available for your moments of relaxation. There's also a barbecue for grilling, with a table and chairs for enjoying your meals outside. Inside, a bright and spacious living area opens out onto the outside thanks to large picture windows offering a direct view of the pool. The living room is furnished with two sofas and a connected Smart TV (access to YouTube, Netflix, etc.), complemented by a high-speed Wi-Fi connection. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook delicious meals. These can be enjoyed around the dining room table. Master suite: With king-size bed, dressing room with safe and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. It overlooks the garden and swimming pool, and has a small terrace ideal for enjoying breakfast. Second bedroom: Queen-size bed. Third bedroom: Two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. A second bathroom, also with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet, is accessible from these bedrooms. Linen is provided (sheets, duvets, towels). A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is also available. This villa is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful and memorable stay. Guest access Unreserved beds will remain inaccessible (locked rooms). However, you'll be able to select the rooms of your choice at the time of booking. The villa and pool are entirely private, guaranteeing total privacy. Parking is available for up to two cars. Other things to note To explore the island or get around the villa, we strongly recommend that you hire a car during your stay. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. This rule is strictly enforced in order to maintain a healthy environment suitable for families with young children and babies. However, smoking is permitted outside. The swimming pool is 1.60 m deep and is not equipped with safety barriers.
