The friendly vacation home has 4 bedrooms each with a double bed. The natural wood furniture is adapted to the location in the forest. Arrive and feel at home. Barbecue and relax on the covered terrace at any time of the year. In 50 minutes by car you can reach Alsace in France, as well as Ludwigshafen, Speyer, Pirmasens or Saarbrücken. After just 20 minutes by car, you can reach Kaiserslautern with Montemartre, and the K shopping mall as well as the garden show area for young and old. The space The cottage is in an absolutely quiet location in a friendly little town in the middle of the Palatinate Forest. It is an ideal starting point for numerous leisure activities. The Route 5 vacation home offers you a living area of 150 m2 on 3 floors with space for 2 - 8 people. 4 bedrooms each with a double bed 180 x 200 cm and each with a wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, 2 bathrooms with toilet, 1 separate toilet, living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, incl. dishwasher and washing machine. The cottage is very well equipped. Outside, our guests can expect a 25 m² covered wooden terrace for cozy sitting. Guest access The entire cottage is at our guests' disposal. Other things to note Our neighbors are nice, they are happy if the usual night's rest on the outside terrace is observed from 11 PM (room volume).
