The friendly holiday home has 4 bedrooms each with a double bed. The natural wood furniture is adapted to the location in the forest. Arrive and feel at home. BBQ and relax on the covered terrace in all seasons. In 50 minutes by car you can reach Alsace in France, as well as Ludwigshafen, Speyer, Pirmasens or Saarbrücken. Already after 20 minutes by car you can reach Kaiserslautern with Montemartre, and shopping mall K as well as the garden showcase for young and old. The space The cottage is located in an absolutely quiet location in a friendly little place in the middle of the Palatinate Forest. It is an ideal starting point for numerous leisure activities. Ferienhaus Route 5 has a living area of 150 m2 with space for 2 - 8 people on 3 floors. 4 bedrooms with one double bed 180 x 200 cm each and one wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, 2 bathrooms with toilet, 1 sep. Toilet, living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, including Dishwasher washing machine. The cottage is very well appointed. In the outdoor area, our guests can expect a 25m2 covered wooden terrace to sit comfortably. Guest access The entire cottage is available to us guests. Other things to note Our neighbors are nice, they are happy if the usual night's rest on the outside terrace is observed from 11:00 pm (room volume).
