Located just 15 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga, this farmcation with three tiny homes provides a quiet and relaxing stay with easy access to city life! Tiny 1 has one bedroom, one bathroom, and sleep three guests. Tiny 2 has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and sleeps 5 guests. Tiny 3 has two bedrooms, two lofts, one bathroom, and sleeps 9! Total sleeps 17! Grill out, watch the animals, fish, take a plunge in the pool, or relax in our signature outdoor shower, all with beautiful views of Lookout. The space ***The pool is open and will remain available until October 1st. Access information is provided with a fee; please reach out to reserve the pool! The pool is not exclusive to the tiny homes. It is available to guests in all tiny homes and glamping tents on the farm. Please note: it is a 2-3 minute walk up the hill from the tiny homes.*** Tiny Home 1: Fun-Size Farmhouse is a TINY HOME. She is Tiny. All things put into her were thought out and tiny on purpose. When you enter through the digital lock pad you will have the bedroom, with a queen bed, to the right; the full bathroom to the front; the kitchen and dining area to the left. The dining area can fold down into a full size mattress providing sleeping space for 2 additional guest. We do want to make sure you know there is no TV here, but we do have internet. It's the perfect excuse to unplug and relax! Tiny Home 2: You are staying in Tiny Home B. Guests will enter through the front door with a B by using a digital keypad. Left of the entryway is the living space and kitchenette. Straight from the front door is the first bedroom with a queen bed. From there, go right to get to the fully-equipped kitchen. To the right of the front door are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a twin over twin bunk, and the second has a full bed. Extra sleeping space is available on the futon in the living room. Outside is a charcoal grill and firepit. Tiny Home 3: Guests will enter through the front door of the tiny home by using a digital keypad. Left of the entryway is the bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Straight from the front door is the first bedroom with a queen bed. From there, go right to get to the fully-equipped kitchen. To the left of the kitchen is the second bedroom with a queen bed and the staircase to both lofts. Each loft has a full bed. If you continue through the kitchen, you enter the living room. Here you will find a sofa bed, a reclining chair, a small dining table, and a TV. Out on the patio are a charcoal grill and firepit. All three homes are within 100. yards of each other, so you will be close together. You are also free to use our large outdoor shower with rain shower, cast-iron soaker tub, and whiskey sink barrel. We have a guardian Great Pyrenees who protects farm animals from coyotes. He is gentle with other dogs, but does like to play. If your dog is not friendly or doesn’t like to play, it’s probably not wise to bring your dog. We can’t put Sampson up because he has to guard the livestock. **We love our farm and know you will too! Interested in exploring? Please reach out! We offer tours for $25. Farm-fresh eggs are also available during your stay for $5/dozen. Interested in using the pool? It is open from Memorial Day to October 1st and is not heated. Please reach out, access information will be provided with a $25 fee. Pool is not exclusive to this tiny home. It is available to guests in all tiny homes on the farm. Pool is a 2-3 minute walk up the hill from the tiny home.** NOTE: We have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and should not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding! **We also have two glamping tents also available for rent. Inquire for more information!** NOTE: Farms and animals are wonderful, but we are not liable for any injury or illness sustained from exploring the farm, including engaging with animals, swimming in the pool, fishing at pond, interacting with any wildlife, or riding or operating any equipment (yours or ours). Guest access The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. Other things to note We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
