Cleaning may not be completed by 4 PM check-in during busy periods such as same-day bookings, year-end, New Year, Christmas, and long holidays. Please understand in advance. Pets are not allowed. Heating is not available in the room. Minors are not allowed to stay. We may not be able to respond after 8 PM until the next morning.
