The space *Comfortable Accommodation:* Four bedrooms each with separate air conditioners: * Rm. 1 King room with views, ensuite and spacious double shower. * Rm. 2 Queen room with lovely outdoor aspect. * Rm. 3 Two single beds. * Rm. 4 Single bunk beds. Living spaces: * Recreation room with pool table and games. * Living room with fireplace and two tv’s. * Kitchen with everything you’ll need for your stay. Outdoor spaces: * Enclosed heated pool with views over the dam. * Fire pit with seating for 8-9. * Patio with 4 burner BBQ. **Activities** On the dam: * A two person canoe and two sit on kayaks await. * If you’re keen to fish, drop me a msg and I’ll leave you some lines and fresh worms. You will catch a fish you can add to your dinner. Around the dam: * There are over 20km of trails starting only metres from the back, for walking, cycling and horse riding. * If you’re a jogger, the trails provide a safe, adventurous experience. * Bring you bikes, or hit the trails for a walk, the views are wonderful and you’ll practically have it to yourself. * The bird watching is off the hook with at least a dozen native varieties on display around the house, let alone out on the dam.
