This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our cozy cottage home was built in 1950 (many moons ago). Our home is situated in East Asheville. We are conveniently minutes away from Biltmore Village/Estate, downtown AVL, entering the Blue Ridge Parkway, getting on 40 East, or West, or 240 East, or West (Making travel less hectic while visiting AVL). Haw Creek is pleasant to walk and take a ride through. It is a beautifully diverse neighborhood.
