Hi. My boyfriend and I own this spacious townhouse with our dog Holli. Our kids are grown up and recently moved out. Brian works from home in our home office. I teach Pilates at local fitness studios. Our house is quiet. We have the end unit of a townhouse and have never heard the neighbors we share a wall with. The private living room and bedroom have a great view of the mountains. We are centrally located, 20 min. from Boulder, 40 min. from Fort Collins and 45 min. to Denver. The space This furnished bedroom, living room, and bathroom combo in Longmont, CO offers a cozy and private retreat within a beautiful home. Featuring a private bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed. A second bedroom furnished as a living room with a plush couch, TV, and a view of the mountains! A private bath with full tub and shower. Plenty of storage space with a large closet in each bedroom. We have a mixed breed dog in the home with us that is shy and will stay out of your space. Includes high speed internet access. Guest access Guests will have access to the main floor kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom. On the second floor they will have access to the laundry room with washer and dryer. During your stay We are living at the house and always available to provide restaurant recommendations and things to do locally as we've lived in the area over 20 years.
