stone village house with shaded garden for 4 to 6 people very quiet and cool in the countryside, 12 minutes from Puy-en-Velay on the ground floor: a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and sitting area, 1 toilet and 1 laundry room. on the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms with double beds + a 2nd living room with sofa bed. a bathroom, and a toilet. the house also has a garden area of about 150 m2, well shaded and enclosed charging station near a grocery/bread point The space Ground floor:a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, filter coffee maker and pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, crepe and pierrade makers, cooking utensils, refrigerators + 3-drawer freezer, ovens and stovetops, and a living area with sofa and TV The ground floor has a toilet and a laundry room, which can also be used to store bikes or other items. Upstairs, 1 large bedroom with double beds (140) and a large dressing room. the 2 nd bedroom equipped with a double bed (140) and a wardrobe In the upstairs living room, there is a sofa bed (double, 130 cm) and a TV. Umbrella bed available as well as a high chair, changing table and baby bath. Bathroom with shower and toilet upstairs The garden is enclosed is shaded , it is 150m2 approximately we have access either through the laundry room or from the outside with dining table and lounge chair to relax, there is also an electric barbecue available. The house has 2 TVs connected to the internet, fiber and Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board. I provide bed linen, towels, and tea towels Books for adults and children, as well as board games and some children's toys, are available.
