It is located in the city center of Porto, just a few minutes from the city's main tourist and gastronomic attractions. It offers free Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, kitchen and balcony. This apartment sleeps 2 people in 1 bedroom suite with private bathroom, equipped with shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, stovetop, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher. Apartment on the 3rd floor without elevator. We want you to feel at home, with all the amenities you deserve! The entire apartment has a unique and welcoming decor! Comfort in the center of Porto. Guest access All areas of the apartment are available for guests with complete privacy. The nearest private car park is Praça Coronel Pacheco, a 2-minute walk from the apartment. It costs 20€ per day (updated in January 2024). Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., however, we always try to have the apartment ready before then. In the meantime, if you wish, you can leave your bags at our office, in front of the Aliados metro station, at: Praça General Humberto Delgado, nº267, piso SL, sala 10, Porto Other things to note Invoice will be issued in the name of the final customer. If you need an invoice with another name, it must be requested until the day of check-in. We appreciate your cooperation to make your stay more pleasant: - We all have an environmental concern. The world thanks you! - Respect the hours of silence, avoiding noise after 10 pm. - Respect the common areas of the building, avoiding noise. - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. On the balconies there is no problem with smoking, but avoid the smoke adding smells that are difficult to eliminate from the apartment. - Place the garbage daily in the public container to avoid unpleasant odors in the apartment. - Before checking out, check that the building's entrance doors are unlocked. - If you notice any abnormality in the apartment, let us know immediately. - Enjoy our city tremendously, Porto! - At checkout, pf leave the apartment keys inside the wall safe where you found them.
