Greenlake room in modern townhouse

Private room with shared bath in Greenlake. 5 minute walk to the lake, right on bus line to downtown, and close to/easy to get to great restaurants and bars. The mountains and the water aren't far either! The space We are very close to Greenlake and the Phinney Ridge neighborhood. There are great bars and restaurants within walking distance or a short uber away. The room is private and shares the middle floor of the townhouse with another bedroom, bath, and laundry. Street parking is available and generally easy to find. The kitchen is available to use and there's a food cooperative right across the street. Guest access Bathroom with shower, laundry, kitchen, living room. During your stay We are around most evenings, away most weekends. We live to chat and meet new people but it's up to the guest how much they want to interact. Happy to offer local tips on this amazing city! Other things to note We have a dog, he is an 8 year old Labrador, very friendly and sleeps most of the day.
