Welcome to La Casetta. Bungalow, renovated into a 20 m² chalet, cozy, combining charm, calm and amenities. The entrance to the gate, the garden area and the chalet are nearby in the backyard of the owners' house. Private parking space. Ideally located near the village of Gattières, 5 minutes from the Carros Industrial Zone, 20 minutes from Nice, Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, the Allianz stadium and the sea, and 1 hour from the ski resorts Walks in the Pré-Alps Regional Park. The space Self check-in is possible using a key box at the gate. However, I am committed to welcoming you personally in order to show you around and to make sure that your arrival is as smooth as possible. Check-out remains flexible. Then you just have to drop off the keys before leaving. A private parking space is available in the courtyard. You also enjoy a small landscaped garden behind the owners' house, with a table for eating outside and a hammock for relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine and a classic coffee maker (with built-in filter). Pods, ground coffee and tea are at your disposal, as well as olive oil, salt, pepper... Linens are provided: sheets, bath towels, dish towels, sponges, as well as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid... Ideally located for both leisure and business travelers, you will appreciate the calm and serenity of the place. Other things to note There is little public transport, so it is better to come by car. Grocery stores are a 5-minute drive away and are difficult to reach on foot. However, if you do not have transportation, I can pick you up by car at the place of your choice near the rental.
