From the balcony adjoining the bedroom located on the first floor, the view is breathtaking. The tones of pebble gray, black with a touch of lemon yellow dominate in the bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen is open to a living-dining room with a 90 cm bed serving as a sofa.  Comfort is assured and the room is fully illuminated by the bay window. In the small courtyard, it's nice to have dinner while watching the waves. 35 m² - sea 40 m away - a small courtyard, a balcony - Avenue du front de mer - Equipment: oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, fridge, freezer, washing machine, TV, air conditioning. Guest access access to the entire home Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not included. However, we offer bedding for €20/bed and towels for €5/person.
