Located on 9 acres, this home-away-from home has fully furnished kitchen, Star Link Wi-Fi, DirecTV in Living Room and Main Bedroom, and full-size Washer/Dryer. As a guest house, it shares front/back porches with main house. 5 min from US 31. Then 10 min to Morse Reservoir (swimming, boating, fishing) or Grand Park sports park. 20-30 min to 5 area hospitals. 45 min to downtown Indianapolis. Other things to note We now only have one Boston Terrier who is an inside/outside dog. Our shepherd is no longer with us. We have a radio invisible fence that allows the Boston a 50ft radius from our house. We are open to a working schedule for when our dog is out.
