Family House with large private garden

Traditional family-friendly village house in Friuli, perfect for peaceful weeks away or heritage travel. Enjoy mountain views, hiking & biking in the Dolomites near Piancavallo ski center (45 min drive). Venice and the beach are 1 hour away. Spacious home on the quiet village edge with private courtyard, enclosed garden and nearby private land—ideal for kids, teens, grandparents, larger families or couples. Pool access at Hotel Giardino (paid). The space The house offers 4 bedrooms. Two rooms on the first floor and two rooms on the second floor. As pictured in the gallery, there is a double bed, a twin bed, and two king-size single beds. The house sleeps 6 guests. Young children can share the king-size single beds on the second floor. In that case, there is comfortable space for 6 + 2 children = 8 guests. The main entrance of the house is on the ground floor and easily accessible. The main entrance leads to a spacious and bright hallway with a wardrobe and storage area. A separate door is leading to the living area. The spacious living area is connected to the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has its own entrance from the garden. The first floor features a bathroom with WC and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a twin bed and one single bed). It has a door to the terrace. The hallway is spacious with room to wash and iron. The second floor features two bedrooms with king-size single beds. Guest access You can use the entire house Other things to note The house is available all year. During the fall, winter and early spring months, you may need to use the central heating. In that case, we charge a gas fee of 10 euro per guest per day extra to cover the heating expenses. These will be paid separately. At our home you will like: Our garden with figs, apples, and lemons during the summer months. In the fall and winter months, you will be able to find mushrooms, chestnuts, and other seasonal treasures in the forest near the house. Host Fabio is a farmer and can provide you with honey, eggs and fresh produce from his gardens. You are welcome to contact Fabio and have a tour at the bee farm to see how our honey is produced or visit the vegetable garden. There is space for minimum two large cars in our private courtyard. The garden is safe for dogs and young children. Dogs will be able to run freely in our garden because there is a fence. On the first floor is a sun terrace where you can sit in beach chairs/sun loungers. Kids will like: At a one-minute walking distance from the house, there is a private piece of land for recreation (picnic, playing, football relaxing etc.) Tennis and football courts are also nearby (5 minutes by car).
