The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023. The space A luxury studio space with a super-king bed, an open plan kitchen, dining space, and shower room. Outside is a beautiful terrace with dining area overlooking the pond and water feature, nestled amongst the plants and our beautiful orange tree mural. Guest access At Coes Farm our guests have access to all the grounds where they can walk their dog, go for a picnic or simply explore. The swimming pool, hot tub and games room are all open daily for guest use from 9.00am until 5.00pm. The tennis court is open any time, light dependent! Guests benefit from a 20% discount on wines and ciders during their stay. Other things to note As standard we provide all our accommodation with olive oil, salt and pepper, a selection of tea and coffee, milk and eggs from our Coes free range chickens. We have a small honesty shop on site where you can purchase homemade products made from produce we grow or forage on-site, additional logs for the firepits and log burners, and our Wild Goose Vermouth. Ideally cash but we can take card payment/bank transfer on request.
