Important: We DO NOT authorize events at the property nor day use for people not staying at the property. Amazing beachfront house in Domingas Dias Beach in Ubatuba, Sao Paulo. Located in a closed condominium, the house is in a 3,200 m2 property, with 24/7 security, swimming pool, barbecue area, sauna and a marvelous garden. The house has 5 spacious suites equipped with air conditioner and walk in closet. Max number of guests: 10 adults & 6 children The space The house faces the sea and is surrounded by an extensive green area, counting with a swimming pool and panoramic views. The condo has security 24/7 and cameras with restricted access. The house is built on a plot of 3200 m2 and has 750 m2 of constructed area fully furnished and decorated, with living room with several rooms, dining room, TV room, full kitchen, laundry, balcony, 5 suites, separate housekeepers' house, pool, barbecue, sauna and garage. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 fridges and 1 freezer. Stove 6 burners. 2 filters for drinking water, one in the kitchen and one in the grill. Toaster, sandwich maker, toaster oven, blender, microwave. Full set of dishes, glasses and cutlery, as well as tableware for 16 people are available to guests. In the service area, washing machine and dryer to be handled only by staff of the house. The voltage of the house is 110 V. Cable TV on TV room and Master Suite. The house is in front of the beach. Note: no heating in the swimming pool Covered parking for 4 cars and garage for 2 cars uncovered. No pets. Children are accepted without restrictions. The staircase has child protection net and the swimming pool has a shallow area and a deep area. Room description: The house has 5 bedrooms hosting comfortably 10 adults and 6 children. Ground Floor - 3 suites. Upper floor - 2 suites. All suites have hot and cold air conditioning. The bathrooms are complete with shower and bidet. The heating water for bathing is by electric boiler: 2 boilers in the house. bedding (sheets, blanket, bedspread, pillow) and bath towels, pool, beach and sauna are available to guests, as well as basic hygiene products (toilet paper and soap). Guest access Guests will have full access to the house, including the suites, the kitchen, the dining room, the living room, the TV room, the office space, the barbecue area, the sauna, the pool, the garden, the garage and the lawn that gives access to the beach. There are 2 employees that live at the property, in a house with separate access. Other things to note For guests interested in more comfort, we suggest hiring the service of housekeepers - two of them actually live in the property (separate house). For groups larger than 10 people we suggest one cook, one keeper to clean and organize the house and bedrooms, and one for the outside areas to take care of everything concerning the outside area: preparing the beach chairs / umbrella, places and collects the pool items (cushions, towels, buoys etc), doing the barbecue if asked, shopping at the pharmacy, supermarket etc. , he can also buy fresh bread in the morning (upon request), newspaper, etc. The amount they charge is R$ 250 for the cook and internal housekeeper and R$ 120 for the external areas keeper (8 hour workday for the cook and cleaner and part time for the external areas keeper as he has other tasks unrelated to the rental to ensure house maintenance). Overtime can be negotiated directly with employees.
