A hallway that connects all the rooms to each other. Plenty of storage is available. Many terraces. Easy access parking at the foot of the house. The entire lower part of the house is reserved for you, the upper part is never inhabited during rentals. Housekeeping and linens are included. The space Beautiful house on the outskirts of a small village in the middle of the vineyards, in the hills of the Pyrenees meadows, with superb views of the Minervois, the Aude valley and the Black Mountain. Enjoy two large bedrooms, one with sofa bed, and a living room kitchen with a second sofa bed, and 3 bathrooms with 3 toilets, one for each room. You access each room through an independent entrance via large French windows that bring in a lot of light. Or through a central corridor that connects all the rooms to each other. Numerous storage spaces are available (cupboards, chests under the beds) You have direct views of the garden, 2 beautiful cedars of Lebanon. You have many terraces, and a very easy access parking at the foot of the house. The pool is open from mid-May depending on the water temperatures. The pool is not fenced, there is an alarm but it is not usable when it is windy. So you need children who can swim. A travel crib is available and upon request, a high chair, a bathtub and its seat, a changing pad, and baby cutlery. The price includes cleaning, sheets, pets and baby supplies. Guest access The entire lower part of the house is reserved for you, the upper part is never inhabited during rentals, you have the entire garden and all the terraces, all the parking, the swimming pool during the hours when the filtration works. Other things to note The house away from the village overlooks the Aude Valley and the Minervois and offers a superb panorama. The GR36 leaves the village and joins Lake Carcassonne, with its tree climbing and water games. Or it sinks into the hills of the Pyrenees meadows. A winemaker near the village offers tastings, and horseback riding is possible around the village. The city of Carcassonne, 15 minutes by car, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Cathar castles of Lastours, the Canal du Midi in Trèbes, the Abbey of Lagrasse, the giant chasm of Cabrespine are also must-see visits within 30 minutes of the house.
