My homestay has flexible hours, maids to help with cleaning outside, super strong wifi (premium package). Super high-class private toilet, air conditioner, refrigerator, large mattress 1.8x2m very smooth, very modern shared kitchen (some rooms have a private kitchen in the room), branch 1 has a sauna, dishwasher, Kangen alkaline ion water purifier (super high-class, skin beauty drinking water, healing, cancer prevention,...). My Zalo is 0 nine 1 4444 five seven 4 (please do not call because there are too many spam calls) The space - Usable area: 50 sqm. - Room facilities: strong WiFi, small fridge, refreshing air-con, wooden furnitures (a huge bed, table & chair, books shelves,...), dressing area, working area, good quality mattress, soft pillows & blanket, paintings, trees,... and a lovely balcony. - Friendly, helpful host 🙂 Guest access * Shared space: - Steam bathroom (shower gel & shampoo included). - Fresh mineral water fountain. - Washing machine (wash powder & softener included). - Kitchen & access to all appliances in the kitchen like electric stoves, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer, liquidizer, pressure cooker, cookers, bowls, dishes, poons, folks, chopsticks... included). - Offer some free food: eggs, instant noodles, cereal,... Other things to note * Deposit: 1 month; Must pay in advance for 2 months.
